Door-to-Door Courier
Holly May (Pty) Ltd uses The Courier Guy for door-to-door delivery service. From the time you receive a shipment notification via email from us, you can expect your order to arrive within 24-48 hours. Courier Guy delivers on weekdays between 08h00 and 17h00 and on Saturdays between 08h00 and 13h00. They do not deliver on Sundays or South African public holidays.

DELIVERY COMMUNICATION

Upon receipt of your order, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to you. Once your order is collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes a tracking number with a link to the Courier Guy website, where you can track your order further.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

At Holly May (Pty) Ltd, we strive to meet your expectations with every order. Should you be disappointed in any way, kindly notify us immediately by observing the following guidelines:

TAMPERING AND/OR COURIER DAMAGE

If your parcel shows any signs of damage or tampering, please report the issue by emailing info@caffiain.co.za within 48 hours of receipt.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR AN ITEM SUPPLIED IN ERROR

If any item in your parcel is defective or not as selected from our online store, please notify us via email at info@caffiain.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

Should you wish to return the product, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will arrange collection at our expense, and you will have the option of a refund or an immediate couriered replacement.
