How to Return an Item
To return an item, it must be in its original, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 working days of your purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Please email returns@caffiain.co.za to request a refund. We will assign you a tracking number and provide further instructions.
Return Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened. This includes:
- 250g Coffee Packs
- 1kg Coffee Packs
Items that have been used or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original shipping and handling costs from your order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange it for a different item. In this case, no restocking fee will be applied, but you will still be responsible for return shipping costs.
