Shipping will generally take between 3 - 5 Working Days depending on your location.

Once you’ve completed your order, here’s what happens next:

Order Preparation:
Our team begins preparing your order for shipping. If you ordered freshly roasted coffee, your beans will be roasted and packed specifically for your order to guarantee freshness.

Shipping:
Once your order is ready to go, we’ll ship it to the address provided. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your package’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Delivery:
Your order will be delivered based on the shipping method you selected during checkout. If you have any questions or concerns during the delivery process, you can reach out to us for assistance.

Once your order arrives, it’s time to brew and enjoy the freshly roasted coffee or any other items you’ve purchased!

You will receive an automatic order confirmation via email with all the details of your purchase, including the products ordered, total cost, and billing information.
